Students across the nation and around the world will gather this Wednesday for the 13th annual See You at the PoleTM National day of Student Prayer. Students at Avon Grove High School, Oxford Area High School, McKean High School, Elkton High School, & Wilmington Christian School have committed to participating. Last year Avon Grove High School had almost 100 students gather to pray. Prayer circles may last anywhere from 10 minutes, up to an hour. Excellent photo opportunities.
See You at the PoleTM is a student-initiated and student-led movement that started in the Ft. Worth suburb of Burleson, Texas, in 1990. Millions of young people gather each year, asking God to bring moral and spiritual awakening to their campuses and their countries. |
