Nine students and four adults from the Ground Zero Youth Ministry left early on the morning of July 8th, 2000 to attend the week long, World Changers summer missions trip in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
The 13 of us have been placed on different teams and are working at different housing projects around the city of Rock Hill. Each day this week we will be doing construction work on our housing project, reaching out to the neighbors in the area, and seeking God in an effort to GO BEYOND what it means to be a Christian. Each day, on our way home from our job sites, we will be writing brief stories about what God hit us with that day so that you at home, our support team, can keep up-to-date on what God is doing down here so that you can continue to pray specifically for each of us. We have found internet access available to us in our rooms and will be attempting to post new pages daily, usually around midnight, because that is the only time that Drew has to get our notes typed, edited, and uploaded to the web. Check back here daily to get the latest information.
