Prayer is crucial to a strong relationship with Jesus. Prayer is crucial to living the abundant life that Jesus promised in John 10:10. We, as a youth ministry, want to be supporting our students in daily prayer. Nearly 200 people have partnered with us and signed up to receive the Ground Zero Prayer Shield calendar each month. These individuals are praying for 6 to 9
students, by name, every day. Pastor Mike, Drew & the GZ Adult leaders are also lifting up students in prayer on a regular basis. There are three ways that you can help us do this more effectively.

STUDENTS

  • Submit your Prayer Request, via this form to Pastor Mike, Drew & the Prayer Shield team.
  • Post your prayer request on the GZ Message board for other students to read and pray for.

    ADULTS

  • Take a moment to write your name, address, and phone number on the tear-off in your Sunday morning bulletin or on a scrap of paper with the words GZ PRAYER SHIELD and drop it in the offering plate on your way out. In a few days you will receive a calendar in the mail with a list of teenagers names and a username & password for the Prayer Shield page. Begin to pray for these students specifically by name everyday and also for these requests that are posted on our site.
