Gill will use his unique ability to perform magic and comedy to grab the attention of teenagers as he shares his passion for Jesus. In his travels across the country, Gill has demonstrated God’s love and plan of salvation through feats such as escaping from a straight jacket and loosening chains that surround him in an underwater trap. He will surely grab the attention of his audience as he drives home a clear and powerful message of hope and encouragement. During college Gill began using comedy and illusion as a means to share the Gospel. Determined to shed the image of the "Birthday party" magicians and rabbit-from-the-hat routines, Gill developed a modern style that transcends anything currently found in the field of ministry, much less in the field of magic. His performance quickly became a favorite among youth outreach organizations. Gill travels across the United States sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ & performing his original illusions for thousands of people at more than 200 shows each year. Ruth Robinson of First Baptist Church in Tennessee commented that when Gill used a volunteer from the audience to help him with one of his illusions, “she looked as befuddled by his sleight of hand as the rest of the audience.” “He is energetic, entertaining and will keep the youth on the edge of their seats,” said the staff at River Shore Baptist Church in Portsmouth, VA. Steven Sheets, a youth pastor from Indiana said, “[Gill’s show] was an amazing experience… It was wonderful.” All teenagers are invited to come out to witness Gill’s amazing talent at this awesome event. In addition to Gill’s message all youth, grades 6 through 12, will enjoy free pizza and food, upbeat music, basketball, the latest video games systems, air hockey, foosball, pool, ping pong, chess matches and hanging out with friends. Mike Atkins, youth pastor of NLPC said, “We want to welcome all teenagers to Ground Zero, a place where they can feel safe and can grow both personally and spiritually, this and every Friday Night.” Drew Cope, youth director of NLPC said, “Brock Gill will have the teens riveted to their seats. This is going to be an incredible event for the youth in our community.” Ground Zero is the Youth Ministry of New London Presbyterian Church located in Historic New London, PA. Ground Zero meets weekly on Fridays from 7pm to 9:30 for 6th-8th graders and until 10:30pm for 9th-12th graders. All 6th-12th grade students are invited to attend.
