1. What did God teach you this week? How did it transform you?
God taught me how to have a stronger faith in Him because these homeowners had the strongest faith I have ever seen; especially considering the disaster they have been through. God has also shown me how to be more real, which is something people should learn.
4. What are you going to take home with you? How are you going to be different?
I'm not taking home with me what I expected because this whole trip was nothing like I anticipated it to be.
5. What was your favorite part of the trip? What did you like most?
I enjoyed leaving the camp every now & then, as well as spending time with the homeowner.
7. Why do you want to go on this trip?
I think it will be an awesome experience and an opportunity of a lifetime. I really want to help out country with this natural disaster and maybe this trip will encourage other young people to serve God in big meaningful ways because what’s better than a stronger youth with a desire to help out and make the world a better place.
8. Briefly give your testimony.
Well I was raised in a church all my life and was saved sometime around age 4. Then I went to a Christian school from kindergarten to 8th grade. I started going to GZ in 6th grade and it was there that I really became deeper in my relationship with God and realized that with Jesus it’s not a religion, it’s a relationship. Ground Zero has also really helped me get through going from a Christian school to a public school and to keep my eyes on him and my faith strong.
