1. What did God teach you this week? How did it transform you?
This week God taught me that it's not about “religion” or how many times you've sinned. Instead, it's about your relationship with Him, and steadily growing deeper in that relationship.
2. Tell at least one experience you had where you saw the power of God and it touched you.
At one point we were talking to one of our many homeowners, Don, and he explained that even though he had lots everything, he didn't mind, because it belonged to God anyway.
3. Tell of one experience where God used you in a powerful way... something that impacted you.
He used me to witness to the homeowners.
4. What are you going to take home with you? How are you going to be different?
I'm going to take home stories, and a lot of new friends!!!
5. What was your favorite part of the trip? What did you like most?
I liked going door-to-door assessing sites, because we got to meet a lot of people and talk to them about God. I also liked free time and getting out of camp.
7. Why do you want to go on this trip?
I want to go on this trip to help less fortunate people and serve others. I also think it is a great opportunity to grow closer to God and spread His love.
8. Briefly give your testimony.
I was saved at the age of 12. Since then, I have continued to build my relationship with God and understand that Jesus Christ died so that I could be forgiven for my sins. My relationship with Him affects my everyday life and the decisions that I make.
